ELK Series Electric Chain Hoists

The new ELK Series hoists that brings you durability, modularity, flexibility packed in an extremely lightweight, modern design. Built to meet an A5/M5 duty cycle classification, the ELK hoist is designed for tough, industrial grade applications. The ELK joins Ingersoll Rand’s CLK, MLK and HLK premium, class leading hoist family.
Features
  • M5 or M4 Duty cycle rating (2m/M5 or 1Am/M4 FEM/ISO) designed for both industrial and manufacturing applications
  • Built-on motor with cooling fins and fan wheel for reduction in operating temperature and disassembly time
  • Modular design with interchangeable gear box for reduced maintenance time, parts and complexity
  • Extremely lightweight, compact profile allows for faster, safer installation and disassembly; ideal for mobile applications
  • IP65 rating with built in drains provides water resistance and dust tight protection; great for outdoor use
  • New custom chain profile with magnesium phosphate coating for corrosion resistance and extended life
  • 3-stage helical gearing for quiet operation
  • Closed gearbox with permanent lubrication
  • Hook mount, lug mount, push/pull trolley, and motorized trolley upper suspensions available
  • Custom configurations available (ATEX certified, food grade, tandem, VFD, wind turbine custom, etc)
  • 5:1 safety rating
  • Backed by 3 year warranty
